How much does it cost to repair a pair of shoes?
The cost depends on the type of service, the model, and the condition of the shoes. You can see an initial estimate online; the final price is confirmed after the assessment.
When do I need to make the payment?
Payment is requested only after we have assessed and approved the repair. You will receive confirmation with the final cost before proceeding.
How are the shoes collected?
After confirmation and payment, you will receive the shipping instructions. The package can be picked up directly at the specified address. For repairs where shipping is in Italy, this is the normal process. Repairs outside Italy may be different, and you may be asked to cover some or all shipping costs. You may also be asked to ship the shoes to us rather than us arranging this. This, though, depends on your location, so please get in contact to find out how it works for you.
How long does the repair take?
Timelines vary depending on the processing and availability of materials. We will provide you with a realistic estimate along with confirmation of the quote.
Can I send multiple pairs together?
Yes. You can request an evaluation for multiple pairs and arrange a single shipment.
